In my last blog I passed on a warning about hackers stealing hacking tools from the USA security services. Within days, these tools had been used to hack thousands of computers world-wide, most notably for the UK, shutting down a lot of NHS services. Firstly to clarify: this is about Windows PC’s (laptops, desktops, personal computers) getting hacked, not websites. If your website is on Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy or similar, they take care of security for you. If you have a WordPress site, you’re ‘all alone in the wildwood’ and should have good security plug-ins (contact me for advice).
